
Dr Alicia Montgomery

Dr Alicia Montgomery is a specialist in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics with an interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr Montgomery completed her paediatric training at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, and at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. She also worked in a clinical research capacity for Columbia University (New York) in the Centre for Autism and the Developing Brain between 2016-2017, with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Dr Montgomery is currently an investigator on neurodevelopmental clinical trials in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Tourette Syndrome in Australia, for the University of New South Wales. She has completed a Masters of Public Health, and is now undertaking a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Autism Spectrum Disorder, both at the University of New South Wales. Dr Montgomery is a member of the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australasia, and of the International Society for Autism Research.
