Dr Carylyn Lim

Dr Carylyn Lim is a Paediatrician and Paediatric Rehabilitation Physician with 10 years’ experience in general paediatrics and rehabilitation. She completed her training at the Sydney Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. She holds a Staff Specialist position in Rehab2Kids at Sydney Children’s Hospital and has a Cerebral Palsy and Botulinum Toxin clinic, as well as medically leading the Spinal Dysraphism and Spinal Cord Injury Service.
Dr Lim has experience with children with concussion, brain injury, cerebral palsy, skeletal dysplasia, limb deficiency, spina bifida, spinal dysraphism and spinal cord injury. She is accredited to administer Botulinum Toxin injections for spasticity and dystonia.
Dr Lim is passionate about holistic family centred care and is a strong advocate for children with disabilities and their families so that they may achieve their full potential.
