Clara Luboff

Clara is a Sydney-based credentialed Art Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Art Therapy from Singapore LASALLE College of the Arts (partners with Goldsmith College, University of London/UK). Clara’s clinical experience comprises of working with children, adolescents and adults with a variety of profiles, including trauma, anxiety, emotional and behavioural difficulties, low self-esteem, as well as poor emotional regulation.
Clara works with a client-centred, psychodynamic psychotherapy approach, combining principals of psychoanalysis, mindfulness, and evident-based interpersonal neurobiology. In her practice, Clara strives to maintain a nurturing, non-judgmental, and safe environment that is conducive to personal exploration and growth. Sessions can be conducted in English or Portuguese (Brazil).
