Justine Quintano
Master of Nutrition & Dietetics
Justine is an Australian trained Dietitian with a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong. An Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, Justine works in private practice providing evidence-based nutrition advice to optimise health and prevent and treat illness.
Through individualised dietary counselling, Justine works in partnership with parents to find practical and achievable solutions in the management of their children’s diet related conditions; nurturing a positive relationship of with food, and empowering parents and children to make meaningful and sustainable changes to improve health. Justine approaches her work with clients through a compassionate lens, provide supportive education with the aim of building confidence and self-efficacy around food and eating decisions.
Justine has a range of clinical experience across various age groups and life stages, playing an integral role in supporting general practice, gastroenterology, and psychiatric specialties. Her keen interest is the areas of child and adolescent care, with specialisation in clinical eating disorder management; dysfunctional gut disorders (Coeliac Disease, IBS and IBD); and healthy growth.
When not at work or chasing around her 3 children, Justine can be found outdoors pursuing her love of hiking and running.
