Sandy Heymann has been an accredited practising dietitian for over twenty years. She graduated with a BSc. in Dietetics and gained valuable initial experience working in a public hospital. She later opened her own independent practice that specialised in children and adolescents. Since immigrating to Australia and attaining Accredited Practising Dietitian status, she has continued to service her clients in the community.
Sandy has dedicated her professional life to getting people to make healthier food choices. She has a deep understanding that food education is only a small part of the solution, with the real challenge being supporting people to make sustainable and meaningful change over the long-term. For over 20 years she has successfully partnered with her patients to make the life changing choices that lead to improved health outcomes.
